these hoses are to catch any moisture that can collect in breatherbox.from the factory,they are plugged.moisture & blowby [fuel]that bypasses into crankcase mix and appear to leak oil.this is normal.you are supposed to drain them periodically.i leave mine unplugged,therefore i never ge a buildup of moisture.
